First I can’t play the game because the captcha verification won’t load I clicked on the help button and I did that and it still won’t load

This game is a place in which older people are going to groom little girls. I went on there to make sure it was safe for my 12 YEAR OLD. I went on around 11:30 and IMMEDIATELY was sent a private chat notification. After exchanging hellos, the question was asked: where I live, how old I am, and what I was doing on the game. I responded asking the same and was given the reply “ you don’t want to know what I’m doing on here tonight.” With all implications in mind, I called them out on their pedophila and they responded that “I’m not cheating anyone, I get what I want and then leave.” No denial, no remorse. A KIDS game having that lack of censorship on any chat, let alone a private messaging thread should not be marked as 4+. Highly disappointed and disgusted with the thought of how many others are on there exploiting little girls. Keep your kids SAFE and don’t download this game until real safeguards are set up to protect the children using the app from the PEDOS who also use the app.

i’m truly disappointed at what woozworld as come too. i downloaded this game because i missed it just to see that my acc has been deactivated.. first of all that should never happen in any game.. to deactivate one’s account. that’s crazy. also, the game is dead and i’m not surprised from what i’ve noticed. 9/10 when i type in the chat, my message doesn’t even pop out. i mean when is the last time this game as been updated and fixed its bugs??? also i see nothing has changed, its still extremely hard to get beex without having to spend money. not everyone has the funds for that especially since this is suppose to be a kids friendly game. not to mention ppl are charging an arm and leg for items on the marketplace and yall give us no beex in the first place. i saw tapjoy was added and that’s honestly the only good thing ive seen so far. developers please do better.

after all these years the app has been available, and allllll the uodates the app makes, you would think that they would fix the fact that is constantly crashes. i’ll be on for an hour max and it crashes. if i log on again it will crash every 30 minutes. this has always happened to me since i got the app. it’s irritating.

I played this for years just to be hacked and the team wont care at all. I offered to provide receipts from THE WOOZWORLD WEBSITE and I still couldn’t get refunded for the stolen items. Hundreds of dollars spent.

I have been playing this game for yearssss it’s kinda hard to get to level 50 (highest level) but there so many games and places to hangout you make ALOT of friends and its so funny to express yourself with the clothes in game

I’ve been on woozworld for 7 years. My account is pretty big and I absolutely love playing. I have hundreds of friends and I just love fashion games and going shopping! However, recently, woozworld has been glitching a LOT. when entering unitz, sometimes my woozen will disappear even if the queue is empty. The app will also crash just a minute after opening it. The app began to crash so often I couldn’t even play on mobile, I had to resort to playing on the computer. i tried everything to make the app work, use wifi/cellular data, or delete and redownload the app. NOTHING worked. So, woozworld should work on that. Another, and one of the biggest, issue, i was SUSPENDED for a very unspecified reason. It told me my account was suspended for false reporting. Now, reporting others who don’t follow is important when there are children playing the game. I had only reported one other woozen recently. This was because they were being obviously extremely racist, obviously discriminating against different colored avatars during a game they had created themselves. So, i reported them detailing exactly what happened. And then I am suspended? It didn’t tell me for how long, and Im still checking every once in a while if I am able to play again. Woozworld needs to fix their security, their app glitches, and their suspension rules. I’ve seen several situations as well with people private chatting others, and me, inappropriate messages. There are also lots of units people create with seriously inappropriate and creepy role playing situations. So why aren’t they suspended and removed from the app? I’m removed for reporting blatant racism? Wow. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME!!! ITS NOT SAFE FOR KIDS! If you’re over 18 and want to try it out, play using the web browser on computer, because it won’t crash your game. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The new update with the optional panel layout is really cool but I have been unable to drag inventory items to shop podz, i can't add anything to marketplace or my podz no matter what i do, i've restarted the app it's obviously updated so i know this is a new issue and may be affecting others PLEASE fix this i have so much to sell and i literally just can't it's so frustrating, please fix asap ! i love this game i've played ever since i was 9 and im 19 now, i've always cherished this game and always will. never really had issues like this so please check it out. thanks

Is the game no longer active anymore? I've been trying to contact someone but haven't gotten a response, I made an account and even got my old one back, I can't travel worlds, don't have a game hub on my screen, nothing, I updated the game, I just don't know what to do anymore.

I’ve been playing Woozworld for a long time and IDK WHY they take my personal belongings without giving me any compensation. There’s been MULTIPLE times where my things have just vanished. I contacted support but no one could ever tell me where my things are. So disappointed

I logged in after like 2 years of not playing since I noticed I had my vip membership still on. It kept charging my card and I wanted to log in to see how much I have on my account and when I tried logging on it says you guys deactivated my account for “security” reasons supposedly. Funny how you deactivate my account yet still charge my card for an account that’s deactivated for “security” reasons. That’s not the only thing though, it gave me the option to activate it again but when I filled out everything it just kept saying “error” which was really annoying. Idk if you deleted my account but it’s really annoying. Can I get my account back or at-least a refund from all the months I paid the vip. Hopefully I get a response, you guys are horrible at your customer service as well.

I used to love this game as a kid i played it everyday and spent hundreds of $ just to get my account drained by some hacker or who knows, maybe it was woozworld themselves to get you to spend more money. Regardless, i never gave anyone my information so i reached out to them and guess what? not a single answer. no help, nothing. I know they see the emails because my friend reached out for help with something else and they got a reply. For someone who invested over $500 into your game, you’d think they’d be more appreciative and helpful. I had been playing since 2010 and the game has just gotten more greedy and boring over time. It used to be such a great community, the animators and mods were cool but i have no respect for Woozworld. All my friends quit this game too, it honestly tells you enough about it. Sure you’re making money now, but this game will not last for the future.

Hi I love playing the game but sadly today I purchased a bunch of packs for beex and wooz and bought some clothes. And now none of my clothes owned even old ones aren’t showing and the outfits saved aren’t EITHER PLS FIX. I just updated the app it’s still doing it.

About 7-8 years ago i downloaded woozworld Yes i have quit and i wanted to come here a wright a review. I was young abt 6-7 when i first got it now im 15 going to be 16 I met amazing people there i will never forget yes I lied about my age when i was younger but who didn’t😂 But this game has had it’s downfall I will always remember when i had the most popular world on the game and sm more i met amazing people and made amazing memories If you download this game now i doubt you will meet as many people as i did I just wanna say woozworld you guys did a great job tysm. ❤️

i literally paid 11.99 and 4.99, the first for beex and wooz and the second for recolor tokens. i received the recolor tokens but it’s been three days and still no beex and wooz OR even a response from support. don’t waste ur money!!! scammers

I’ve been playing this game for 9 years. And in those 9 years I’ve had my accounts hacked 2 times, banned 3 times for absolutely no reason. Every time I’ve tried contacting them, they just reset my password or claim it was my fault. Please don’t let yourself spend money on this game, it’s so easy for people to hack your account due to data breaches and even if you don’t break their rules they don’t care, they’ll ban you and claim that it was your fault. Waste of money and time, don’t buy anything, your giving money to people who don’t care. Not to even mention their contests are rigged. But that’s a rant for another day.

I love this game, my issue is they just don’t respond to people who need help. My account was suspended out of nowhere, I wasn’t given a reason as to why, and I wasn’t told if I was ever getting it back. I tried calling multiple times, left voicemails, sent tons of emails, but I have yet to be given any help at all. No one answers the phones, and the emails are just telling me that they can’t help me. It’s ridiculous. You can spend years on a game, spend money, get multiple people to start playing, and then get tossed out like trash. If they had an actual customer service number that they answered, it wouldn’t be so bad. But instead they decided to ban you and will never explain why and you just have to accept all the time you put in to the game was a waste.

I literally got banned for something I didn’t do my account got hacked in may & they used their own card to purchase things! Long story short I ended up getting my account back & they refunded all of their money that they spent & I got banned with no questions asked! That’s so unprofessional I have literally spent so much money on this game & has had that account for 10 plus years! Then when I try to contact woozworld they don’t respond! I have called the number & emailed and every time I call there is no answer & when I email they tell me to fill out a form THATS NOT EVEN ON THE WEBSITE! I clearly can’t login to my account & contact woozworld so how do I??? What kind of customer service is this??? I want my account back!! Y’all shouldn’t ban people account without questioning what’s going on! Because you never know what happened & if the person has proof which I do! They should be able to get it back!

Hi my name is Stepheny, and I have been playing woozworld for about 2 years now and when I first made my account I had really cute clothes but I decided I wanted more so I just kept playing the game and leveling up until I got more good stuff and clothes and while I was playing the game I eventually got addicted to it and wanted to be on the game 24/7. I really enjoy the game it’s fun And I really would like to see more games from who ever created this game. Whoever created it has amazing creativity and also the people that helped create it they have amazing talent and creativity.

Woozworld was one of those games a lot of us played as kid. I personally have been an avid player for 10+ years now. I came back recently to find that no one ever goes online unless to sell. There aren’t many chatrooms. You’re lucky to find a unitz with one person in it. WZW had a great run! But kids are finding other games such as Roblox to keep them entertained and socialized. Not to mention WZW has a huge knack for being filled with toxic adults, not suitable for children. It’s a great game overall, just a company that’s slowly dying.

If I could rate this game 0 stars, I WOULD. I’ve been a member of Woozworld for about 10 years now. My first account was hacked and I reached out to support and they did nothing so I lost the account. I emailed them for forever. For my second account, I recently just did a Tapjoy offer that cost $55. I did not get the wooz reward after their 24-48 hold and it had been 5 days so I reached out to Tapjoy. Tapjoy claims that my IP address had an error and that something was wrong with my device. I even sent proof of purchase!! I emailed Tapjoy again and got no response. So I went to Woozworld Support and they asked for the case number. For what, I have no clue because obviously they knew themselves that weren’t going to compensate me in anyone way and didn’t. They said they can’t do anything about Tapjoy rewards. If you can’t control a third party site on YOUR app, WHY IS IT THERE??? I’ve had issues with Tapjoy before lagging on passing out the rewards that are owed. I will not be playing this game anymore. It’s washed up. Do not buy anything on Woozworld or use Tapjoy because they will rob you and I’m not the only one that has dealt with this.

i like this game overall but recently no matter what i do my number of wooz does not increase by watching ads, doing special tasks, winning some on daily wheel of wins, etc. I can still spend them but i’m blocked from earning them. DO NOT join this game, and absolutely do not let your children join. I have been a member since 2012, and they used to take predators seriously. However, I have seen a serious decline in their effort to deal with pedophiles. They promise to provide a safe network for tweens and teens, yet they do nothing to protect them. There are WELL-KNOWN pedophiles on this game, which should NEVER be allowed, yet when I try to report them, I get suspended??? And they don’t get sanctioned at all???? Something needs to be done, and it needs to happen ASAP.
